We organise a wide range of award ceremonies including corporate recognition events, industry accolades, employee appreciation awards and much more.
We pride ourselves in having a ‘low maintenance’ approach with clients. We will spend time with you scoping out the detail of your award ceremony at the start so we can get on with organising the event and you can get on with your day job.
We have worked small international award ceremonies and large industry award ceremonies at major venues. No matter how large or small, online on in-person we can support with your award ceremony.
Once we understand the outline of your award ceremony we start the process of sourcing a venue that will work best for your event. We are always keep an open mind when looking at venues and proud ourselves on not using the ‘run of the mill’ venues – some of the best spaces are some of the least well known. We can also take care of event transport.
As part of an award ceremony you will need to pass us confidential information such as the details of those shortlisted and those that will be winning awards. This detail will all be kept on locked cloud storage ahead of the event and no winner information will be put onto the screens at the venue until the winners are announced.
Our designers are able to use your company brand and award identity to design and get manufactured award trophies for your events.
The production, media shown at your event and media following your event is the thing that engages your audience and brings the event to life. We support our clients with all production and audio visual requirements and can also create designed graphics and videos for on the day and following your event.
All live events have a risk of challenges and issues occurring. We have contingency plans in place for any security, technical or logistical issues that may occur on an event day.
We can – we are able to produce a full marketing plan before, during and after your award ceremony. We will produce all of the assets required for you to deliver this plan and for some clients even have access to their social media accounts to post on their behalf.
We understand the importance of sticking to a set budget for your event. We will work with you to understand the full event budget, take into account all venue and additional costs, ensure we factor in room for contingency and carefully manage the budget.
